“Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, not a creature was stirring…”

I’ve had that line going round and round my head all day. It IS the night before Christmas, but plenty of things are stirring out there. I can hear frogs and crickets and bats. Unidentified rustling in the bushes. The occasional gecko chirping to its gecko friends. Haven’t seen the mouse for a while so I’m not sure what it’s up to. Stirring somewhere, probably.

Whatever you’re doing from now until the new year, I hope it’s nourishing. I hope that the year winds down gently, and the beginning of 2021 is full of possibility and magic and dreams that feel good as you begin to make them real.

I hope you get to rest, laugh, connect, play, grieve the things you need to grieve, feel the feels you need to feel, and do things that please you.
